CEIBS provides email services for faculty, staff, and students. You can set it up on Outlook for desktop devices.

 

Important Notes:

The desktop version of Outlook that supports CEIBS email accounts is Outlook for Mac.
 
For Faculty, Staff, and MBA students: Please follow this guide to download and install Microsoft 365 Apps.
 
For other Students: Please make sure the following Office versions are installed and working properly on your Mac: Office 2019 for Mac|Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise.

It is recommended to use Legacy mode.

  1. Click on the Outlook menu in the top-left corner of the screen. Select the option Legacy Outlook from the dropdown menu.


  2. If prompted, confirm your choice to switch to Legacy Outlook.

 

Set up CEIBS Email

  1. Open Outlook for Mac.
    • Add a new account in Outlook for Mac. (Please go to Step 2, enter the CEIBS email address.)
    • Add more accounts in Outlook for Mac.
      1. Select Tools > Accounts.
      2. Select the ➕ > Add Account option at the bottom of the accounts list window.


  2. Enter the CEIBS email address and select Continue.


  3. Enter the CEIBS Email address in the DOMAIN\Username or Email field, then enter the Password, and select Add Account.


  4. Select Done.


  5. Setup complete.
